Shipping Rates

Nine Terraces offers shipping within the 48 contiguous U.S. states and Washington, DC.

Standard shipping: $5.99 for orders below $50
Free standard shipping: Orders of $50 or more, after discounts
Express shipping: $15.99

Shipping charges and estimated delivery dates are displayed at checkout.

Order Processing & Dispatch

In-stock orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and U.S. public holidays.

This processing timeframe also applies to subscription orders, including the first shipment and subsequent recurring orders.

Delivery times are separate from processing times and depend on the shipping service selected. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

Shipping Outside Our Standard Coverage

Our website checkout currently serves the 48 contiguous U.S. states and Washington, DC.

For delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, military addresses, or international destinations, please contact us at hello@nineterraces.com with your shipping destination and the products you'd like to order.

We'll review carrier availability and provide a direct shipping quote where service is possible.

Orders outside our standard coverage are arranged directly with our team rather than through website checkout. Shipping charges and dispatch arrangements will be confirmed before payment.

Preorders & Availability

The standard processing timeframe does not apply to preorder items. If preorders are offered, their estimated dispatch timing will be communicated before purchase.

We will contact you if an unexpected availability issue delays your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Coffee is a food product and is not returnable once opened, except as required by applicable law.
