Placing an order is simple. Browse our collection, select your preferred coffee products, add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the prompts to enter your shipping and payment information, then confirm your order.

If you need to change or cancel an order, please email hello@nineterraces.com as soon as possible with your order number.

We'll check your order status and do our best to accommodate your request. Changes or cancellations may not be possible once an order is being prepared or has shipped.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. You can use the tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.

Our website currently accepts orders for delivery within the 48 contiguous U.S. states and Washington, DC.

For shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, military addresses, or international destinations, please email hello@nineterraces.com with your destination and the products you'd like to order.

We'll check shipping availability and provide a direct quote where possible. Orders outside our standard coverage are arranged directly with our team, rather than through website checkout.

In-stock orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and U.S. public holidays.

Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected. Estimated arrival dates for Standard and Express shipping are displayed at checkout.

You'll receive tracking information once your order ships.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email hello@nineterraces.com within 7 days of delivery.

Include your order number and photographs of the damaged or incorrect items so we can review the issue.

We'll replace eligible items at no additional cost. This does not affect your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

Additional payment options, including Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and Venmo, may be available depending on your device and eligibility.

Yes. Payments are processed through Shopify's secure checkout and supported payment providers. Shopify uses encryption and security measures to help protect your payment information during checkout.

For one-time purchases, your payment is charged when you place your order.

For subscriptions, your first payment is charged at checkout. Future payments are processed automatically according to your subscription billing schedule.

Payment is collected before your order ships.

You can generally use one credit or debit card, or one digital wallet, per order.

Splitting payment between two cards isn't supported at checkout. Eligible gift cards or store credit may be combined with another payment method when available.

Due to the nature of coffee as a food product, we do not accept returns for change of mind, including unopened products.

We'll review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution, such as a replacement or refund where applicable.
