HOW IT WORKS

Open & hang
Open the pouch and tear along the top of the filter. Secure both wings on a stable, tall mug.

Bloom
Pour 30 g water evenly over the grounds. Wait 30 seconds.

Pour & lift
Add another 110 g gently, pausing if the filter fills, to reach 140 g total water added. Lift at occasional drips. Do not squeeze the filter or leave it soaking in the coffee.
